Hot Chili or Chile Salsa

Wildfire Salsa is one of those names of foods hot chile lovers love.  Albuquere, New Mexico is home to an annual hot foods convention and the names for products are pretty funny.  You have to understand I grew up in Mennestoa and have never adjusted to fiery foods; it's just not worth the pain.
